저는 82년도 부터 국내에서 애플 II정품을 썼었습니다. 뭐 자랑하는 것은 아니고요. 어쨋든 그때 부터, 84년도에 GUI로 무장한 맥이 나오고,, 그때 잠깐 일했던 회사에 리사가 있었죠. 그림을 주욱 보니까, 저도 상당히 애플의 성장에 기여했네요. 클래식, LC, 쿼트로, 센트리스, 파워맥, 파워북 1400, G3, G4, 아이맥, 지금의 맥북까지...
영원하라! 가격만 한 70퍼센트 정도면 좋겠네요. ㅉㅉ

오늘 애플스토어에 가서 점쟎게 따지고 왔습니다. 뭐, 자기네도 방법이 없다고 말하기는 합니다만,, 왜냐면 제 아이폰의 스크린에 데드픽셀이 무슨 세포 증식마냥 자라기 시작했거든요. 그냥 새것으로 바꾸던지, 3G모델로 업그레이드 해야 한다고,, 보증기간이 끝났으니까 199불을 내야하고,, 소비자 보호정책에 대해 문제점을 실랄하게 알려주고 왔습니다. 소비자 과실이 아니라고 분명히 이야기 해놓고, 수리 자체를 못한다는 이야기 까지 하니까..
돌아와서 애플 사이트에 장문의 이메일을 보냈습니다. 영어자랑은 아니니, 그냥 공부하는 셈치고 읽어보시거나...
I just return from Apple Store in Mall of Georgia for finding out what's wrong with my iphone LCD. Staff did analysis and told me there's Hardware Problem on LCD which makes dead pixels grow. There's no water damage sign nor any damage by User or environment. And gave me a choice to replace with same one for $199 or upgrade to 3D for $199. Also, saids that there's no way to fix or check detail of hardware failure. Out of warranty period, any detail regarding issues, just saying more likely 'bad luck'. I had a long talk, I expected certain solution which should you guys have for your own and known as one of brillant product of these years. But nswer was 'No fix, replace or get new one'. Totally disappointed, I've been using Apple since Apple II back in 1982. What kind of technowledges lean on 'the Luck'? "if you have a warranty we could simply replace" which kept saying to me. So, is Apple tech only depend on Luck of having warranty or AppleCare? Without warranty or AppleCare, Apple is not responsible? I hope you guys selling finest product, not selling insurance. Hope, Mr. Jobs read this,,,
